Returns & Refunds Policy

At Meridian Valley Lab, we strive to provide efficient diagnostic testing services. Because our kits contain sensitive medical collection components, we have established the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Order Cancellations (Prior to Shipping)
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our facility:
- You are eligible for a refund of the purchase price.
- A 10% non-refundable administrative fee will be deducted from the total refund.
2. Shipped Orders (No Return Required)
If your order has already shipped but you no longer wish to proceed with testing:
- You may still request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
- A 20% non-refundable fee will be applied to cover the cost of the kit materials and fulfillment.
- No Return Necessary: For your convenience and to ensure bio-safety standards, you do not need to ship the kit back to the lab. You may dispose of the unused kit according to your local regulations.
- Note: Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
3. Eligibility Window
- 30-Day Limit: All refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original order date.
- Final Sale: Once 30 days have passed since the date of purchase, all orders are strictly non-refundable.
